Reservation Policy

To confirm your booking a deposit of the cost of the first night’s accommodation is required. Once your deposit has been processed, you will receive both a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking and a receipt for your deposit. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at stay@dolphinpointbandb.com.au if you have any questions or require any changes.
Dolphin Point B&B accepts Visa and Master cards, PayPal and Direct Deposit.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Up to 14 Days prior to arrival  are without penalty and a full refund with be issued.
Within 0 – 13 Days and “No Shows”  – 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
Please be advised that your credit card will be charged for the cost for the first night at the time of booking.
Dolphin Point B&B is a small boutique B&B and late cancellations have a significant impact.

Security Policy

When purchasing from Dolphin Point Bed and Breakfast, credit card details are transmitted through an application programming interface. Card Details are hosted by Global Accommodation Search after processing. Global Accommodation Search protects your personal and credit card details with the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. SSL encrypts information to prevent it being read during transmission over the Internet.

Consumer Data Policy

Dolphin Point Bed and Breakfast is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your experience with us.
